Objectives of the Course The course aims to introduce students to the concept of Entrepreneurship.
Course Content The concept of Entrepreneurship and its history. Role of Entrepreneurship in Economics. Entrepreneurship types. Entrepreneurship and creative thinking. The decision process. Role models and success stories in Mathematics and computer sciences. Importance of communication, risk-taking, and resilience. Various forms of business organization, mission, vision, and strategy formulation. Sources of business ideas, finding and assessing ideas, opportunity recognition. Idea evaluation and solution generation. Development of ideas. Project presentations.
Feasibility analysis. Industry and competition analysis. Environment analysis. Financial feasibility analysis. Start-up projects.
Obtaining business licenses and permits. Ethics
